A Helpful and Cozy Stay
During my recent visit to Alexandre Hotel, I had a truly enjoyable and comfortable experience. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel's lobby provided a quiet and cozy atmosphere, which made it a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The open WiFi network throughout the hotel was reliable and ensured I could stay connected. Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as a shared water bottle and slightly limited breakfast options, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable amenities and helpful service.

We recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city for our city trip and had a great experience. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the cleanliness of the rooms. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the housekeeping staff cleaned our room every day and even provided fresh towels. Another great feature was the convenient location. The hotel was situated within walking distance of many attractions, including the mall and several restaurants. This helped us save money on transportation.
Although we had an overall enjoyable experience, there were a few small negatives. One of the worst aspects was the lack of helpfulness from some of the staff.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Ashrafieh neighborhood of Beirut and I had a very comfortable experience. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, always ensuring that my needs were met. The rooms, especially the upgraded suite I stayed in, were very large, comfortable, and quiet. I appreciated the attention to detail, with the room being cleaned quickly and the coffee being made fresh. The hotel also offers a free breakfast every day, with a wide variety of food options.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was very pleasant and there was nothing that I felt could be improved.

Best Easter weekend ever! Loved the comfortable mattresses and sofa in my room. the hotel had great WiFi throughout, and I enjoyed using the gym and swimming pool. Plus, the inclusive breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. the central location was perfect for exploring the city, and I was pleased to find out that the hotel had parking available. Worst part was a few rude staff members who were not very welcoming. the elevators took a bit of figuring out, and sometimes there was a bit of a queue for them. the room service could have been better. All in all, despite these few negatives, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.
